Snow White And The Birthday Girl

Today is my beautiful nieces birthday! I can’t believe she’s five years old today. She loves all things princess and sparkly. My sister gave her a good old-fashioned “at the house” birthday party this year. I have to say it was perfect. Despite the torrential downpour that kept the party goers from playing in the bouncy house or the cardboard houses she made, the kids had a great time. It was impressive to see that having twenty-six kids, five and under in your house, jacked up on sugar, did not take it down. Nice work sis on the awesome party and really nice work on the Snow White outfit you had on for the party. You are a great mom.

  1. Thanks for the shoutout Stinky, I had so much fun, I’m so glad that the kids weren’t too upset about not being able to play outside!

  2. Shanny, could not agree more! Your sis and one of my dearest friends can put together one of the best parties for little and big kids alike! It had the makings of the “best birthday party ever!” As KG quoted that night. It was the right mix of ice cream, refined sugar, laughter, friends and a little drama. The perfect recipe for a lifetime of memories. As for the big kids- best Rainy Sunday afternoon in a long time with great friends and a beer. That is what life is all about. Thanks Beans

  3. Yay! How fun!! I can’t believe she’s five! Happy birthday, DG! 🙂
Love the blog too Aunt Shanny 🙂
